2022 FIRST SUNDAY DECLARATIONS BY PASTOR MUKHUBA
We have come this far by the grace of the Lord, and we celebrate Jehovah our Maker. We cannot take for granted what He has done for us. We know that He took us through a lot of things that could have destroyed us. We are not destroyed but are still standing. We have seen 2022.
I say to you, do not listen to the lies of the devil and the demons when they show you the past year and tell you that there will not be a change in your life. We are now in a new year and a new month. Things will never be the same again for you. If you have failed last year and in previous years, it does not mean that you will fail again this year. The Lord in His Word says, forget the former things; do not dwell in the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; can’t you perceive it; can’t you see it there. Can’t you see that something is coming up, something is happening, open up your eyes and see it. He is making a way in your wilderness and streams in your wasteland.
Were you walking in the dark, blocked, and not seeing your way or where you were going? Were you feeling caged and restricted, with no movement but stagnancy only? There is a message for you in this year 2022. As you have noticed, today is a new day, we did not stay in yesterday. We neither stayed in last month, it is now January. We also did not stay in winter, it became summer. The same applies to your life, you are not staying in that stagnancy, you are not staying in those limitations and sufferings. You are not staying in failure and poverty. You are not staying where you have been. You are not staying there. The same way you saw the months changing, the same way you saw the days and the weeks and the seasons changing; even in your life there shall be change. You tell the devil “I am not staying where you have put me, I am not staying; I refuse. I am not staying in suffering, I am not staying in sicknesses, I am not staying in lack, I am not staying in pains. My God is doing a new thing.”
The Lord says that He is making a way in the desert, a highway in your dessert. He is causing streams of water to flow in the wasteland. Where there was no way, there is about to be a way. Where it was dry with no water, there shall be streams which continually flow. The chains are falling. The doors are opened for you. Your prison doors are fallen, and you are free, free… free. The Lord is indeed good to us. Look around you; you will see that everything around you is telling you that God is alive. You are still here and alive today because there is God. We have conquered and continue to conquer and overcome because our God is alive. We will continue to prevail.
This is your new year of change. Things will never be the same again in your life.
