Ms Charlotte Mabasa from Mamelodi( Pretoria), was tormented by a rat for almost three years. That rat used to destroy the furniture, and was also eating their food. In July 2016, the servant of God, Pastor Mukhuba, held a night prayer at Saulsville Arena, in Pretoria, and Ms Mabasa came and attended the night prayer.

Since then, she has been attending all night prayers at Unity. In March 2017, she became a member at Unity Fellowship Church, and she became faithful in her tithe and offerings. Around June 2017, she realised that the rat is no longer tormenting them. She is grateful to the Lord because the suffering is over.

Secondly, her water bill was always above R1000, but she continued to be faithful in her tithe, offerings, and also making sure that her UBN partnership contribution is always up to date. She also joined Pastor Mukhuba for the 8-9pm prayer on UBN channel. Her water bill decreased and is now R450. She is thankful to God Almighty.

Brethren, there is power and protection in tithe and offering. The Word of God in Malachi 3:10-11 says, " bring the whole tithe into the storehouse that they maybe food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty.” and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessings that there will not be room enough to store it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your field will not drop their fruit before it is ripe, “says the Lord Almighty.” Try God and see if He would not deal with those evil things that are devouring your crops daily.
