Mrs Lusanda Bvuma glorifies the Lord for her healing. When Mrs Bvuma first came to Unity Fellowship Church, she was living in fornication and not being faithful in her tithing. However, as she continued attending services and listening to the teachings of the Servant of God, Pastor Mukhuba, on righteous living, she was convicted to repent, and she surrendered her life to the Lord Jesus Christ. She stopped fornicating and got legally married. Furthermore, she started honouring God faithfully through her tithes. Glory be to Jesus!
In 2025, Mrs Bvuma started experiencing bleeding when passing urine. In the very same year, she consulted a medical doctor, who advised her to do a Pap smear test. When the results came back, abnormalities were detected, and she was referred to a gynaecologist for further investigations. A biopsy was subsequently conducted, and the results confirmed that she had stage 3C1 cervical cancer.

Upon receiving the diagnosis, Mrs Bvuma was overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty. She was particularly troubled by the thought of dying and leaving her children behind. However, she sought comfort and strength at church, where she received godly counselling from a UBN Counsellor. Through the counselling, she was comforted and encouraged to remain steadfast in her faith. She continued attending services, praying and trusting God for her complete healing.
The doctor found that the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and other parts, and as a result, Mrs Bvuma underwent a hysterectomy in November 2025. Following that surgery, she developed complications that caused fluid to leak from her private parts. As a result, she had to use adult diapers for three months. On the 13th of February 2026, Mrs Bvuma attended the First All-Night Prayer Service at Unity. During the service, Pastor Mukhuba prayed for her. Since then, the fluid leakage has stopped. To God be the glory.
In March 2026, Mrs Bvuma commenced chemotherapy and radiation. Before starting the treatment, she was informed about the severe side effects associated with the procedures and was advised that the treatment would take approximately six months. Nevertheless, she remained steadfast in her faith, continuing to pray and trust God for her healing and breakthrough. She also gave special offerings, writing her prayer requests for God’s intervention in her situation. Furthermore, she got herself a UBN Holy Anointing Oil and UBN Water, which she applied and used in faith as she continued praying.
Throughout the treatment process, Mrs Bvuma was amazed by how well her body responded. Contrary to the severe side effects she had been warned about, the effects were manageable. Even more remarkably, her treatment, initially expected to take six months, took only one month. Her doctors were equally amazed by the speed of her recovery, explaining that such a quick response was unusual for a patient with her condition, as some patients sometimes require additional treatment. They were astonished by her recovery and how well she looked despite the illness. Mrs Bvuma told them it was only by the grace of God. Her doctor asked her about the church that she goes to, seeing the miracle happening, and she informed her that she fellowships at Unity.
